I believe life is too short to be unhappy, uncertain and unfulfilled. I also understand how challenging it is to carve out time for ourselves and to make changes in our lives, however big or small.
Like so many of us, I have had significant personal experience navigating the highs and lows of life, alongside many personal, professional and geographical transitions.
For many years I pursued a career in business management. Despite my success, it was always the coaching and development of the people who worked for me that I found most rewarding. When the time came to follow my heart, I decided to make this my life project.
This led me to post-graduate training with some of the most respected figures in the field of both coaching and mentoring at Oxford Brookes University, and in Transactional Analysis (a branch of psychotherapy) at the Berne Institute.
